We proudly present this home we finished in May 2026!

We finished this roof replacement for a client whose old roof had given everything it had! It was done many years ago using 3/8” plywood so had a lot of waviness in it as well.

We were able to upgrade venting for their kitchen exhaust to ensure free airflow during the winter! On lower pitched roofs, snow can stack up and cover the exhaust on your venting and not allow proper airflow.

In the end, we were able to resheath the entire roof and get the shingles replaced with using CertainTeed’s Landmark Pro Shingle in the color Heather Blend. This home is set to withstand the weather for years to come!
