We proudly present this home we finished in July 2026!

This homeowner's roof had damage from recent storms and was ready for replacement. After tearing off the existing shingles, we discovered the roof decking had been installed against manufacturer's warranty. We were able to correct the issue by resheathing the entire roof, making sure the home was protected under the warranty specifications.

To finish the project, we installed CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the color Resawn Shake. With a properly installed roofing system, the homeowner can have peace of mind knowing their home is protected for years to come.
